Gary and Jeri and Pastor Bob met at the Mesquite Off Highway Vehicle Staging Lot on Riverside Road, Mesquite at 10AM on 9 April 2022.  We traveled south into the Nevada mountains south of Mesquite, NV.  We stopped at the “Budweiser Fence” and then the Cell Tower to discuss the ride route and for a picture (to the right) .  We stopped for lunch, fellowship, and the 9 April Portals of Prayer daily devotion about four mile further up the mountain.  We enjoyed the cooler air at 6,000 ft ASL before returning to the 90 degree temperatures of Mesquite.
12 March 2022 Ride
Pastor Bob, Frank & Barb, and Wayne & Heather rallied in three ATVs at the Hardy Way Water Tank at 10am.  We went up onto the top of the Flat Top Mesa to the Flag Pole where we had lively fellowship.  Numerous other groups were also enjoying the Mesa, the beautiful scenery, and the weather.  Wayne then showed us a portion of the Mesa that is about to give way and fall off the Mesa.  We continued northward on the east side of the Mesa and stopped for fellowship and refreshments on the northern edge of the Mesa.   We concluded the ride at the Water Tank with a prayer of thanks for the fellowship and wonderful ride.
